So impressed with this organization and the emphasis they place on growing character first to develop young men to be future leaders of tomorrow. I have seen the coaches take personal interest in these young men. In addition, I have also seen great skill development and exceptional teamwork on the court.

Took my 3 daughter's here for their 1st basketball camp ever. I heard good things about this program. I will update later after hearing from my daughter's. Update: My daughter's loved the program and the coaching staff! They said they had an amazing time and can't wait to come back! They said they learned a lot of good useful tips from the coaches and new skills from all the drills and they plan to keep training and utilizing all of them in the future. WNBA here we come. Thanks AEF Basketball ⛹️‍♀️🤾‍♀️

We joined AEF last year after trying several different clubs for my 14 year old son. It has been such a great experience. We love the coaching staff, positive atmosphere, skill development and personal relationship the coaches have with the kids. It’s not convenient for us as we are a 30 min drive from the practice facility, but it’s 100% worth it to us to make the drive. Coach Andy is wonderful to work with and understands the demands of busy families and multi sport athletes.

If you’re looking for a basketball club that actually develops players and character, AEF Omaha is it. Every single coach we’ve encountered has been outstanding. They communicate clearly, consistently, and with purpose. No confusion, no guesswork, just real coaching. And what stands out most is how they meet athletes where they are. Whether your player is just getting started or already highly skilled, they know how to push in the right way. Challenging, never demeaning. Competitive, but constructive. You can feel the mission behind the program. The owner and leadership are intentional about who they hire. These are coaches who connect with kids, demand discipline, and genuinely care about development on and off the court. It’s competitive basketball with structure, accountability, and heart. AEF isn’t just building teams. They’re building confident, disciplined young adults. And it shows.

The AEF Basketball Way

More Than a Game: Creating a Culture of Growth

At AEF, basketball is the tool we use to build something greater: confidence, resilience, and community.

Our culture goes beyond wins and losses. We emphasize teamwork, accountability, and communication, helping athletes form real bonds with one another while learning to overcome challenges together.

In every huddle, practice, and game, AEF athletes learn to celebrate effort, stay humble in success, and support one another through setbacks.

That’s how we build skills and relationships that last: on and off the court.

Strong Coaches Build Strong Players

Every athlete deserves a coach who believes in their potential.
Our coaching staff — trained and mentored directly by Coach Beck — combines technical knowledge with positive communication.

Mistakes become teachable moments. Progress is measured in growth, not just stats.
Each coach is supported by AEF Skills Instructors, who provide ongoing training and feedback throughout the season.

All AEF coaches complete background checks and an Abuse Prevention Program before stepping on the court — because safety, trust, and integrity always come first.

Practices That Build Confidence

AEF practices are designed to help every athlete develop at their own pace — and leave each session better than they arrived.

Teams practice twice per week for 90 minutes, guided by trained AEF Skills Coordinators.

No matter the team, every player learns the same core skills and concepts, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the entire program. That’s how we create confident athletes who play smarter, faster, and stronger.

Where Players Grow. And People Do, Too.

At AEF, basketball is just the beginning.

Our athletes learn to work hard, stay grounded, communicate with confidence, and handle challenges with resilience.

We build a family culture where players support one another, celebrate progress, and grow together, on and off the court.

The lessons learned here follow them into the classroom, friendships, and everyday life.

Bring Your Game. Build Your Character.

At AEF Basketball, we develop athletes who lead with character both on and off the court. Our foundation is built on three values that define everything we do: Attitude, Effort, and Faith. We believe that when players bring the right mindset, give their all, and trust the process, the results follow — both in the game and in life.
